FUJI Laser Film DI-HL: Precision in Medical Imaging
When it comes to medical imaging, precision is non-negotiable. That’s where FUJI Laser Film DI-HL shines. As a top-tier solution, it has earned a reputation for its exceptional performance and unwavering reliability.
Key Features
-
Neutral Color Tones:
One of the standout features of DI-HL film is its neutral color tones. These tones closely mimic the results of conventional wet processing. As a result, medical images are not only accurate but also vivid, providing healthcare professionals with clear visual information for diagnosis.
-
ECO – DRY System:
In addition, the film embraces environmental friendliness with the DRYPIX’s ECO-DRY system. The system uses unique aqueous solvents. These solvents are odor-free and produce neutral-colored, crisp images. In fact, the images are indistinguishable from those printed on wet halide film. Moreover, the new liquid-coating technology reduces the use of harmful organic solvents like methyl-ethyl ketone and toluene during the thermal development of light-sensitive materials.

Technical Performance
-
Sensitivity and Contrast:
Specifically engineered for dry laser imaging systems, DI-HL film’s sensitivity and contrast are optimized. When used with FUJI MEDICAL DRY LASER IMAGER DRYPIX 7000/5000/4000, it ensures clear and detailed image capture. This means every crucial detail in medical scans is accurately recorded.
-
Maximum Density:
Paired with the same imagers, the film can reach a maximum density of up to 3.6. This high density enables high-quality, dense imaging, which is essential for precise medical analysis.
-
Film Structure:
The film’s structure plays a vital role in its performance. It consists of a protective layer, a light-sensitive layer, a film base, and another protective layer. This design safeguards image quality and ensures durability, even during long-term storage.

-
Handling and Storage Precautions:
Unopened Film Packs: To maintain quality, store unopened film packs in a cool place. Protect them from radiation and X-rays at all times.
Opened Film Packs: Once opened, store the film in a cool, dry, and dark environment. The recommended storage temperature is 10 to 25°C (50 to 77°F), with a relative humidity of 30 to 60%RH. Remember, don’t remove unused film from the tray once loaded. Also, avoid adding new film before using the remaining ones, as this can cause image malfunctions. And never touch the film with your bare hands to prevent artifacts on the recorded image. Finally, the protective sheet at the bottom of the film pack isn’t for image recording, so discard it with the film cardboard after use.
In conclusion, for reliable and high-quality medical imaging, FUJI Laser Film DI-HL is the trusted choice. It combines advanced features, diverse specifications, and user-friendly handling to meet the demanding needs of modern healthcare.
