MEDICAL DRY FILM (Thermal Film Pack 1: GE980)

Thermal film is suitable for thermal printouts of medical images that have been digitally stored after computer processing. I can reproduce various medical images processed by computers, eliminating the need for traditional sliver salt product development, fixation, and processing procedures and eliminating environmental pollution caused by waste chemicals from flushing processing. The thermal film has the characteristics of low fog, high definition, high density, bright colors, and easy use, and it can be directly used in the output of thermal printers on the market.

Description

I. Introduction to Medical Dry Film

The medical dry thermal film is composed of a polyester (PET) base, an imaging layer, a protective layer, and an antistatic and anti-adhesion layer. It serves as the hard-copy output of dry imaging equipment and records medical images (such as CT, MR, DR, etc.) for diagnostic purposes.
It is suitable for the thermal printing output of medical images stored digitally after computer processing. It can truly reproduce various medical images processed by a computer, eliminating traditional silver-halide products’ developing, fixing, and rinsing procedures and completely eradicating the environmental pollution caused by waste-developing solutions. It features low fog, high clarity, high maximum density, bright tones, and easy use. It can be directly used for output by thermal printers on the market.

FAQ :

1. What’s the Medical dry film price? Do you offer volume discounts?

Film prices depend on order quantity, size specs, and customization needs. Here’s the breakdown: First, we offer flexible pricing plans—larger orders mean bigger discounts. Additionally, we’ll create a custom quote based on your exact requirements. Just reach out to our sales team, and we’ll send a detailed price sheet pronto.

2. How do you ensure the film’s imaging quality?

We guarantee top-notch quality through three steps. First, we use premium imported materials and advanced production tech. Next, every film goes through strict quality checks to meet international medical imaging standards. Moreover, multiple hospitals have clinically tested our film—it clearly shows tiny lesions, giving doctors reliable diagnostic info.

3. What’s the thermal film’s imaging principle?

Thermal film works via a heat-sensitive coating. For example, take our thermal microcapsule tech: When heated, the microcapsules break open. This releases color formers that react with developers, creating the image. The best part? No messy chemical development needed—just fast, easy imaging.

4. Which medical devices work with this film?

Our medical thermal film is perfect for major digital imaging gear. It supports hard copy output for CR, DR, CT, MRI—you name it. Why? It accurately reproduces medical images, helping doctors make precise diagnoses. Plus, it’s compatible with most clinical setups right out of the box.
